How are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in a vegan-certified facility, and all materials used in our products, including packaging, are manufactured by environmentally friendly companies.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $60. For orders under $60 a standard rate of $15 applies.
Also, express shipping is $25 and free on orders over $150.
How do I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.
Returns
What's your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Do you discount codes expire?
Yes our discount codes expire. Most codes are associated with a specific promotion that runs for a short period of time. If you have any questions about a particular discount code, please contact us.
Can I combine discount codes?
Unfortunately only one discount code can be used per order and it cannot be combined with other promotions.
